A rapidly growing company in the mobile gaming industry is seeking an experienced Technological Site Manager to lead and support operations at its office in Warsaw, Poland. The company specializes in developing innovative, high-quality games that focus on competition and building a strong player community worldwide.

Company offers B2B contract with hybrid working model (3x/week in the office). 

The Poland team, composed of approximately 30 professionals in R&D, QA, and Art, plays a crucial role in the company’s strategy. This role will involve local leadership, team development, and ensuring alignment with the company’s global objectives.

Responsibilities:

Site Leadership and Talent Development:

- Serve as the primary leader for the Poland office, fostering innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

- Strengthen the company’s brand in the local market to attract top talent.

- Partner with HR to develop and execute recruitment and retention strategies.

Collaboration with Global Teams:

- Work closely with HR and operational teams to ensure local activities align with global standards.

- Collaborate with global professional teams to maintain consistent processes and standards across locations.

- Act as the local point of contact for employees, addressing site-related questions and concerns.

Global Integration:

- Represent the Poland site’s needs and priorities to global leadership.

- Ensure transparent and seamless communication between local and global teams.

Team Development:

- Support and mentor managers and team leads, helping them enhance their leadership skills.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that drives engagement and productivity.

Technological Expertise:

- Apply technical expertise to address challenges in R&D and contribute to innovation efforts.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in a technology-driven environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or site management role.

- Experience working with global teams

- Background in the gaming industry (preferred).

- Familiarity with mobile development and/or Unity (an advantage).

- Strong leadership and matrix management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.

- Fluent English communication skills.
