We’re working with a fast-growing global mobile gaming company that’s redefining competitive play for millions of users worldwide. Their games combine skill, challenge, and real-world rewards, supported by innovative tech and a passionate team.
To scale operations in Poland, they’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join as their first in-house recruitment lead in the region. This is a rare opportunity to build a local hiring strategy from the ground up, partner closely with HQ and delivery teams, and shape how top talent is identified, engaged, and hired.
What You’ll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across tech, QA, and operations.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
Manage interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and deliver seamless candidate experiences.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements.
Leverage sourcing tools and AI-based platforms to drive smart, efficient hiring.
Ensure best-in-class candidate experiences from first contact through onboarding.
Stay ahead of market trends and continuously refine recruitment practices.
You’ll Bring:
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring.
Hands-on sourcing expertise across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow.
Knowledge of modern HR tools, including AI and recruitment automation.
Strong communication skills in both Polish and English.
A strategic mindset with the ability to execute at pace.
Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in fast-growing, global environments.
A collaborative and structured approach, with high attention to detail.
