We are looking for a BI Developer with a strong focus on Tableau (Creator / Site Administrator level), who will drive business insights through advanced dashboards and data visualization while collaborating closely with data, product, and tech teams. This is primarily a BI frontend role, but it also involves working with data pipelines and basic scripting in Python.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Manage Tableau Site and Server - including permissions, content publishing, and governance.
• Develop and maintain BI solutions end-to-end: from data extraction to visualization.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Use Python for basic data processing tasks.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Proactively propose improvements and new approaches to BI processes.
• Monitor, support, and maintain BI tools and reports.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau (Creator license, Site Administrator responsibilities).
• Proven experience managing Tableau Site and Server.
• Strong SQL skills-  ability to write advanced queries.
• Experience with Python (basic scripting).
• Previous experience in Big Data environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of Airflow is a big advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, business-oriented mindset.
• Experience in working closely with stakeholders.
• Previous experience with Power BI is welcome, but recent experience must be with Tableau.
