The Role:
My client is looking for a talented Product / Data Analyst to join their Limassol office. This is an on-site role where you will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and fellow analysts to turn data into actionable insights that drive product decisions and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers to translate ideas into testable hypotheses and measurable results.
- Partner with data engineers to ensure data integrity, reliability, and usability.
- Build and maintain dashboards that are both insightful and actionable.
- Monitor key metrics, flag anomalies, and highlight successful outcomes.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to uncover true product insights.
- Communicate findings clearly and engagingly to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience as a product or data analyst (mobile or consumer product experience is a strong plus).
- Advanced SQL skills; comfortable writing optimized queries.
- At least 1 year of experience with BI tools (Looker preferred, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Solid understanding of statistics and A/B testing.
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Proactive, self-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly.
- English: B2 or higher.
Bonus Points:
- Degree in a quantitative or technical field.
- Python experience (pandas, NumPy, statistical libraries).
- Strong focus on BI data quality.
- Russian language proficiency is considered an advantage.
