Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-load backend microservices.
• Maintain the existing codebase and gradually migrate to a new technology stack.
• Optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with the OPS team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong coding skills, writing clean and maintainable code.
• Solid experience with Java 17–21.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, Kafka, Redis.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of the Spring framework.
• Experience with REST, protobuf.
• Proficiency with SQL and schema design.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).
• Test coverage experience (Mockito, WireMock, Testcontainers).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile team.
• English level: Intermediate+.
