New Business Development Specialist
EER Poland is looking for a New Business Development Specialist
The position is focused on developing PEE in the Polish market, with potential future expansion into neighbouring regions (Baltic)
The role combines new business development and account management and is primarily focused on building relationships with distributors and end-users across key sectors.
The successful candidate will act as a market opener, responsible for developing the company’s presence locally and building long-term partnerships.
Key Markets & Customer Segments
The primary focus will be the Polish market, particularly:
Distributors
Food service companies
Restaurants
Retail sector
There is also potential for the role to gradually expand into the Baltic countries.
Sales Focus
The role requires a strong business development mindset, including:
Building new relationships with distributors and key industry players
Developing new accounts and identifying business opportunities
Managing and growing existing accounts
Generating and managing a strong sales pipeline
Promoting PPE product portfolio within the public and industrial sectors
The candidate will also follow up on leads generated internally or through trade shows and marketing activities.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who combines commercial drive with strong interpersonal skills and cultural fit within the team.
Key qualities include:
Strong B2B sales experience (minimum ~5 years in field sales)
Experience selling through distributors and/or directly to end-users
Ability to build relationships with decision makers across multiple industries
Highly communicative, energetic and proactive personality
Someone who brings enthusiasm, energy and initiative
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage their own pipeline
Interest in the industry and product offering
Technical expertise is not the main focus — cultural fit, communication skills and commercial mindset are considered more important.
Experience in PPE, safety products, hospitality supplies, food service or related sectors would be advantageous.
Team Structure
The role will report operationally to the National Sales Manager, while also working closely with Dave and the international sales leadership team.
The Direct Sales team is currently small and close-knit, consisting of:
Dave (Netherlands)
Sales team members in Spain and Ireland
The new hire will become the local commercial presence in Poland.
Working Model
Location: Poland
Work model: 100% remote / field-based role
Regular travel within Poland to meet clients
Occasional travel to neighbouring markets if required
The candidate will be responsible for managing their own schedule and customer meetings.
Employment Model
SFC currently operates in Poland through Deel, which will handle the employment setup.
This means the candidate will be employed through Deel as the local employment partner.
Compensation
Base salary: €50,000 – €60,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus: uncapped commission structure
Company car or car allowance

The salary range may be slightly negotiable depending on the candidate’s profile and experience.

Interview with EER Poland
Online interview with Dave and Mark (and potentially a Director if available)
Final face-to-face meeting in Poland with Dave
