We are looking for an experienced operational leader to oversee and optimize key operational functions within a fast-paced online gaming environment. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong expertise across Payments, Risk, Fraud, Customer Operations and Compliance-related processes, capable of driving operational efficiency, managing teams, and supporting business growth.
This position is focused on operational execution rather than full commercial ownership and is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, improving workflows, and leading cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across Payments, Risk, Fraud, Customer Support and related operational functions.
Develop, implement and continuously improve operational processes, procedures and controls.
Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Manage and develop operational teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management and succession planning.
Ensure smooth collaboration between Operations, Compliance, Product, Commercial and Technology teams.
Support AML, Responsible Gaming and Compliance functions by ensuring operational processes align with regulatory requirements.
Oversee PSP relationships, payment performance, transaction monitoring and operational payment flows.
Drive automation initiatives and operational efficiencies to improve scalability and customer experience.
Manage operational incidents, escalations and root-cause investigations.
Support audits, regulatory reviews and internal control activities where required.
Prepare operational reporting and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
Several years of experience in iGaming operations.
Proven leadership experience managing operational teams within Payments, Risk, Fraud, Customer Operations or similar functions.
Strong understanding of payment operations, fraud prevention and operational controls.
Experience working within regulated environments.
Ability to build, improve and scale operational processes.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and operational metrics.
Experience working in fast-paced and growing businesses.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Fluent English.
Nice to Have
Exposure to AML, Responsible Gaming or Compliance operations.
Experience with PSP integrations and payment optimization.
Experience building operational functions or supporting new market launches.
Startup or scale-up experience.
Experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
